Trauma Informed Coaching Sessions
Trauma informed sessions include navigating your past to make sense of the past, acknowledge what happened and the emotions it causes, and move forward with your life. These sessions are here to help you be as prepared for your birth as possible. We don’t want you to navigate your trauma alone, and trauma can cause lots of anxiety and old emotions can arise during birth that you weren’t expecting!
Sessions are $100 each or we offer ten sessions for $600!
